BUILD A CAREER HELPING LOCAL BUSINESSES GROW
We're looking for a driven sales professional to expand our presence in your local market. You'll work face-to-face with small business owners, helping them provide overlooked ancillary insurance benefits to their employees at no cost to the business.
This is B2B outside sales in a local territory. You'll spend most of your time in the field prospecting, building relationships with business owners, and conducting enrollment meetings with their staff.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Prospecting and new client acquisition in your assigned territory through face-to-face interactions
Setting appointments with business owners and decision-makers
Conducting 1:1 enrollment meetings with employees to explain supplemental insurance options
Closing sales and servicing existing business accounts
Using our CRM to organize your prospecting, follow-ups, and territory management
You'll be in the field most days, with some time in the office (1-2x each week) for sales meetings and training with top performers.

COMPENSATION
First-year earnings typically range from $75,000 to $120,000 based on sales volume and target achievement, with monthly bonuses for hitting production KPIs.
