We are an Autocall and ANSUL dealer, and we self-perform the work that separates professionals from “device hangers.” Our teams deliver complete, accountable systems across fire alarm, suppression, and special hazards from design-assist and design-build support through submittals, procurement, installation, programming, testing, acceptance, commissioning support, and clean turnover. The goal is not to “get it in.” The goal is to deliver systems that pass, perform, and close out right the first time.
What We Do
Fire Alarm (Autocall platform): new construction, tenant improvements, service, inspections, troubleshooting, complex integration
Suppression and Extinguishing Systems (ANSUL dealer): design, installation, inspection, service, recharges, repairs, and clean compliance documentation for kitchen hood, dry chemical, and Class A systems
VESDA and Aspirating Detection (Xtralis): high-sensitivity early warning detection for data halls, electrical rooms, and critical infrastructure
Special Hazards and Releasing Interfaces: pre-action releasing and sequence support, shutdown logic, aborts, and testing coordination (project-dependent)
Gas Detection: monitoring and integration for mission-critical environments (project-dependent)
Mission-Critical Integration: shutdown sequencing (CRAH/HVAC), relays, owner platform tie-ins, BMS/EPMS coordination, centralized monitoring (project-dependent)
ERCES, BDA, DAS: public safety radio compliance support and in-building coverage solutions
Integrated Low-Voltage: CCTV, access control, structured cabling, and A/V when it supports the client’s broader technology ecosystem
Why High Performers Choose Trinity
Mission-critical work is different, and that is exactly why the best technicians want it. You will operate at a higher standard with a commissioning mindset, disciplined documentation, and real accountability. If you want to sharpen your craft, this is the environment that will do it.
You can build a specialty here and become harder to replace every year. Suppression, VESDA, releasing and shutdown sequencing, ERCES, integrated security, complex troubleshooting, high-level closeout. We put high performers on work that grows their value, not busywork that burns them out.
We believe growth should be real, not promised. We invest in licensing and certifications and promote based on capability. If you perform, you will not be stuck behind layers of corporate red tape. Foreman, lead technician, field leadership, coordination, PM track. There is room to move and we are moving fast.
Benefits
Trinity offers competitive pay with performance-based bonuses and a benefits package designed for long-term stability. Depending on role and eligibility, this may include health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match (up to 3%), paid time off, and paid holidays. For qualifying field positions, we provide the tools to do the job right, which may include a company vehicle, phone, and laptop or tablet. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidates.
The Culture
At Trinity, we keep it simple and we take it seriously. We do what we say we will do, we build it right the first time, and we document it clean because that is what separates real professionals from everyone else. We treat customers, general contractors, engineers, and AHJs with respect, and we protect our reputation by showing up prepared, communicating clearly, and finishing strong.
Internally, we take care of our people. You will be supported by a team that answers the phone, solves problems, and has your back in the field. Expectations are clear, and training is not lip service. If you bring effort, integrity, and pride in your craft, you will earn more responsibility, better opportunities, and a real path into leadership on high-visibility projects in one of the most demanding segments of the industry.
