Internship Overview:
The Real Estate Investment Intern program provides structured exposure to investment-focused brokerage operations.

Interns may gain experience in:

• Deal sourcing systems and lead tracking
• Market research and property analysis
• Comparative market data review
• Rental performance metrics
• Transaction coordination processes
• Exposure to property management fundamentals
• Observing renovation planning and budgeting processes

Interns work alongside licensed professionals and receive guided instruction throughout the program.

Qualifications:

• Interest in real estate investment or brokerage operations
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently
• Comfortable working in both office and field settings
• No prior real estate experience required
