Tree Climber

Compensation:

$26 - $32 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Communicate clearly with crew members, leaders, and clients on job progress
• Execute advanced tree climbing and pruning techniques with a strong focus on safety and quality
• Uphold company safety policies and arboricultural standards
• Complete required paperwork and digital job records accurately
• Inspect, maintain, and properly use climbing gear, tools, and equipment

Qualifications:

• ISA Certified Arborist preferred; certification support available
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in modern climbing systems and pruning techniques
• 18+ months of professional arboriculture experience with climbing responsibilities
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused work ethic
