General Laborer / Truss Assembler

Shift: 1st Shift — Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM May require mandatory overtime on Saturdays, 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Job Summary: We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Truss Assembler to join a manufacturing team that produces engineered wood trusses for residential and commercial construction. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble roof and floor trusses according to specifications and blueprints

· Measure, cut, and position lumber and components accurately

· Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely

· Assist with material handling, loading, and staging of finished products

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

· Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

· Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

· Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred but not required

· Must have a stable work history and the ability to follow instructions

· Must have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

· Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

· Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
