AM Caregiver (PCA) Temporary - Full-time

Elders Inn is currently seeking a temporary AM Personal Care Attendant (PCA) on the AM shift!

 

Pay Rate- $20 per hour

 

AM shift is 6:00am-2:30pm 

 

The primary functions of a PCA are:

• Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
• Monitor resident activity and functional status 
• Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort

 

We are looking for a temporary full time employees who will work on a 4-on/2-off rotation

• On-call/PRN may also be available

 

Minimum qualifications are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
• Ability to life 150 pounds

 

Employment requirements include:

• Physical
• TB test
• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
