Therapy Nurse - LPN/RN - Full-time

Hazel Findlay is seeking Nurses to assess, plan, implement and care for short-stay therapy residents. We're looking for a compassionate, creative, and resourceful professional to drive our mission. Full-time and per-diem positions on days and nights available. 

Some responsibilities include:

• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with facility policies and procedures and professional standards of practice.
• Stock and reorder medications.
• Observe progress of IV infusions and monitor for subcutaneous infiltrations.
• Administer IV medications.
• Observe, assess, record and report resident response or reaction to drugs.
• Replace gastrostomy tubes.
• Monitor and assess gastrostomy tubes for proper placement and complications.
• Work as a cohesive member of our Work Family and drive the mission.

• Current LPN or RN license in good-standing with the State of Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
