Receptionist Weekends - Part-time

3:30pm-11:45pm Part-time Weekend Receptionist Needed

Austin Oasis is a skilled nursing facility seeking part time weekends only receptionists for evening shifts. The ideal candidate must be highly motivated with excellent communications skills and be able to multi-task independently in a fast-paced professional environment.

Job Duties

• Greets and welcomes visitors; announces visitors to appropriate personnel.

• Courteously answers and routes phone calls in a timely manner.

• Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

• Maintains safe and clean reception area.

• Interacting with clients and the general public, ensuring all visitors follow facility’s policy.

• Will be required to check all clients in and out of the facility appropriately

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

   

Job Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Positive attitude and great work ethic

• Excellent telephone/email etiquette and customer service skills

• Ability to maintain confidential information
