We’re hiring dependable people to keep work zones moving safely. If you have a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you.

$2,000 bonus after 6 months — paid 30 days later

What We Offer:

• Starting pay: $16.11/hour
• Paid training and certification

What You’ll Do:

• Set up traffic signs and cones
• Direct vehicles safely through work zones
• Communicate with crews using radios and signals
• Monitor for hazards and protect team members
• Occasionally drive company vehicles

What You’ll Need: (Required)

• A valid driver’s license
• A reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Comfortable standing 8–12 hours in all weather
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to speak, hear, and understand English to communicate safely on the job
