Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist in San Jose!\n\nJob Description:\n\n- Exciting Opportunities: Work in diverse areas including San Jose, Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Milpitas, Mt. View, Campbell, Los Altos, Saratoga, and Los Gatos.\n \n- Flexible Travel: Be prepared for travel outside your assigned area and possible weekend coverage to meet patient needs.\n\n- Productivity Requirements (if Guarantee Applies): \n - Achieve at least 27 points per week.\n - Coverage of 36 hours guaranteed.\n - Openness to patient assignments is essential for guarantee eligibility.\n \n- Non-Guarantee Considerations:\n - Flexibility to see patients beyond your service area may be required.\n - No guaranteed hours but the ability to refuse patients available.\n - Willingness to see Covid+ patients is necessary.\n\n- Visit Types and Points System:\n - OASIS ReCertification, Routine, Evaluation, and Discharge visits earn 1 point (1.33 hours).\n - OASIS SoC earns 1.5 points (2 hours).\n\n- Comprehensive Compensation Includes:\n - Driving/travel time.\n - Visit and documentation time.\n - Time spent communicating with patients and doctors.\n\n- Required Credentials:\n - Current CA PT License.\n - BLS Certification.\n - Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Registration.\n - Annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDap (10 years), Flu (annual), Drug screen, and Physical.\n\n- Agency Compliance: \n - Contract with your agency must replicate all details of this job description.\n - All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at submission.\n\n- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year.\n\n- Shift Information: \n - Day shifts available.\n \nWhy Catalytic Solutions (CatSol): \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
