Job Title: Customer Service 

Location: Columbia, SC 29229

Duration: 03 Month Contract to Hire

Pay Range is $15/hr. to 16/hr. on W2 

Job Description:

• Handles customer inquiries via phone, email, web, or in-person, providing accurate, timely, and courteous responses.
• Performs research and coordinates with other departments to resolve non-routine issues.
• Documents inquiries, processes adjustments, and assists with special projects as needed.
• Maintains records, provides feedback to management, and suggests process improvements.
• Supports training of new employees and ensures adherence to quality, productivity, and timeliness standards.
• Requires basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office equipment and software.
•  High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year of customer service/claims experience (or Bachelor's degree) preferred; 3 years of experience and/or Associate degree is advantageous.
