Job Description

In this role you will perform essential visual and functional evaluations to ensure our medical products meet rigorous safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
You will conduct routine physical and visual inspections of raw materials, components, and sub-assemblies using precision tools like microscopes, calipers, and micrometers
You will be responsible for maintaining strict compliance with Quality System Regulations (cGMP) by following detailed inspection plans and engineering drawings. Beyond hands-on testing, you will support the quality department by initiating non-conformance reports, assisting with document archival and scanning, and participating in special projects to ensure all products remain in compliance with internal and external specifications.

Working hours: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Skills:
Familiarity with medical device regulations or FDA regulatory standards.

Experience using microscopes, calipers, or micrometers for mechanical inspection.

Associate's or Technical Degree.

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Proficiency in basic computer tasks for documenting information and accessing digital records.

Strong communication skills with the ability to read and interpret written work instructions and engineering drawings.

Manual dexterity to operate precision measurement tools and standard office equipment.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent
