Shipping Associate/Reach Truck Operator

Job Title: Shipping Associate
Location: Broward County, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (100% Onsite)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship domestic and international orders accurately and efficiently
• Verify shipping documentation, labels, and quantities prior to shipment
• Process shipments using computer systems for tracking and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts (sit-down, reach truck, stand-up) and pallet jacks
• Ensure shipments comply with company standards and carrier requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of shipping experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Basic math skills for order verification
• Domestic shipping experience required
• International shipping experience is a huge plus
• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
