Long Term Care LPN (HIGH PAY)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while supporting a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment.

This role is ideal for an LPN with solid LTC or SNF experience who is committed to teamwork, patient safety, and quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident well-being
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful care environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Maine LPN license or Compact State LPN license
• BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)
• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in:
• • Long-Term Care (LTC), or
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
