Radiology Technologist - Now Hiring

The Staff Pad is partnering with a respected hospital in Las Vegas, New Mexico and looking to hire a dedicated, skilled and patient- focused Radiologic Technologist to join the Radiology Department.

Responsibilities

• Interpret imaging orders prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers
  
• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and diagnostic accuracy
  
• Prepare and properly position patients for imaging procedures
  
• Ensure patient safety& comfort throughout the procedure and  explain the processes to patients and address any questions or concerns as required
  
• Administer IVs containing  contrast dyes as required to enhance imaging quality
  
• Accurately maintain detailed records of imaging procedures and patient information
  
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with CT technology, technique and best practices 
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
  
• Current ARRT certification required
  
• Current BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
  
• Successful completion of background check and drug screening
