Actual pay will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, proficiency for the role, and internal equity. Store Engineering Inventory Coordinator
Location: Onsite at our La Crosse Support Center

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail‑oriented Store Engineering Inventory Coordinator to support accurate, well‑organized storerooms across our Store Engineering network. In this role, you’ll investigate inventory discrepancies, manage cycle counts, process adjustments, support inventory recalls and shipments, and provide reporting that helps drive accuracy and cost savings.

What You’ll Do
Inventory Accuracy & Analysis
- Conduct cycle counts, work order audits, purchase order audits, and location checks to resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze cycle count results and collaborate with management on corrective actions.
- Schedule cycle counts based on historical data to determine frequency and depth.
- Execute shipments, plus shipments, and recalls according to inventory needs.
- Create purchase requisitions for mass part rollouts using throughput, lead‑time, and inventory data.
Storeroom Structure & Communication
- Maintain storeroom structure based on storeroom type.
- Collaborate with service leadership to maintain accurate pull lists.
- Coordinate inventory, tool, and PPE needs with service, warehouse, and procurement teams.
- Evaluate new parts being added to determine placement and stocking needs.
Uploads, Reporting & Special Projects
- Create inventory uploads for special projects.
- Communicate timelines and inventory requirements with warehouse, IT, and procurement teams.
- Build reports on used inventory savings, adjustments, and other analytics.
What You’ll Bring
- Associate degree required.
- 2–4 years of related experience.
- Experience with IBM Maximo preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to key 50 WPM.
- High attention to detail and strong math aptitude.
- Prior experience with inventory systems and best practices.
