Bereavement Team Coordinator | Faith Hospice

Faith Hospice has a unique opportunity for a Bereavement Team Coordinator to join their amazing team on a part-time basis.

 

What Will You Do as the Care Team Coordinator?

  • Administratively supports the Faith Hospice Bereavement Team
  • Update information in MatrixCare, the electronic medical record
  • Review client files to ensure they contain required documents; acquire any additional information required
  • Coordinate mailings to clients and prospective clients
  • Run required reports, stocks necessary supplies, supports Bereavement Team meetings

  • Skilled with navigating various technologies and computer applications, including Excel

 

Education and Experience

  • Knowledge normally acquired through completion of a health care administration degree or medical administrative assistant degree or similar
  • Proficiency with computers and MS Office software
  • Customer service experience in a health care setting
  • Proof of Michigan driver’s license and vehicle liability insurance 

 

Schedule

  • 28 hours per week
    • Ideally, Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 4:00pm
  • Position is paid hourly
