Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Contract Manager oversees the operations on iScan contract(s). This role manages all employees working on the contract(s) and regularly communicates with the Director of Operations. The Contract Manager acts as liaison to customer, iScan upper management and Human Resources. This role participates in budget planning, oversight, and implementation. The Contract Manager provides exceptional customer service and implements departmental and agency policies and procedures.

- HS Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 5 years prior experience as a supervisor/manager required. Preferably in production.
- 5 years prior experience in contracts preferred.
- Superior Customer Service Skills.
- Budgeting/ financial experience a plus.
- Experience in a production environment required.
- Ability to travel to multiple sites required.
- Ability to relate well to staff and board members of different races, ethnicities, genders, sexual orientations, socioeconomic backgrounds, and religions.
