Our Company:
SpecialtyRx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long term care facilities and assisted living communities. SpecialtyRx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.

The Lead Pharmacy Technician will have strong attention to detail and is an effective communicator. A team player, eager to jump in where needed and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy and needs of customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for running the pharmacy floor during shift
  • Respond to refill emails.
  • Watch the pharmacy dashboard in frameworks.
  • Assist in Fulfillment.
  • Assist in training new employees when needed.
  • Delegates work to the technicians.
  • Ensures medication goes out on time.
  • Runs the floor when the lead is off.
  • Other tasks assigned by manager.
 
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Registered OH Pharmacy Technician required.
  • Previous pharmacy experience required.
  • Previous data entry experience preferred.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician license preferred.
  • Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned.
  • Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to physically perform light lifting.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend, lift, squat and reach.
  • Must be able to train on 1st shift 9am-5:30pm for 2 weeks.
Shift:
  • 4 10/hour shifts 10pm-8:30am every Saturday, Sunday, and two days a week.
  • 3 12/hour shifts Friday, Saturday and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday and Monday
  • Training Schedule- 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday.
