As a busser, you will play a key role in supporting our servers and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. You’ll be responsible for setting and clearing tables, assisting with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, and ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and reset tables in accordance with restaurant standards.
• Clear used dishes, utensils, and glassware from tables and transport them to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.
• Replenish supplies and assist with stocking items in the service area.
• Read and comprehend labels on chemicals and material safety data sheets (MSDS).
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including trash disposal and organizing dining supplies.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Requirements

• Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods, move at a rapid pace, bend, twist, and lift products weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent exposure to varying temperatures (cooler/freezer and kitchen area).

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a restaurant preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
