Responsibilities:
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.
- Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times.
- Clarify orders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required).
- Previous pharmacy experience.
- Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.
- Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Moderate to advanced computer skills required.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm.
- Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday and every other weekend
- Available shift:
- 5pm–1:30am
