On Site Lead - Mason Ohio

Full-Service Facility Maintenance company offering a wide range of janitorial services throughout Ohio for over 30 years.  Located in a Southeast suburb of Cleveland, Ohio off I271 &480 E. Broadway Forbes exit.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient On Site Lead to join our team in Mason, Ohio. As the On Site Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including worker assignments and task prioritization
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Perform regular building walk-through's and inspections. 
• Providing orientation and oversee the training of new employees.
• Assist Management in writing employee reviews and disciplinary write ups.
• Replenish supplies
• Maintain and repair equipment
• Fill in for absent employees. 
• Collaborate with upper management to ensure smooth project execution
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards
• Provide leadership and guidance to on-site team members, fostering a positive work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues as they arise, taking decisive actions when necessary

Monday thru Friday 2pm- 10pm  occassional weekends may be required. 

Rate of Pay $18-$20hr.  Paid bi-weekly.

• Proven experience as an On Site Lead in the Facilities Management/Janitorial industry
• Ability to Provide supervison and training of new employees, as well as give daily direction and work lists. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Must be able to work without supervis
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• A sense of urgency to complete tasks. 
• Total knowledge of commercial cleaning, hard floor care, carpet care, upholstery cleaning, carpet spotting and window washing.  
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required, including weekends and holidays
