Position Summary: Cook

We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Cook to prepare and serve meals according to established menus while maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment. This role is essential in enriching the daily lives of our residents—because great care starts with great meals.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and serve daily meals for residents

• Set up and operate the tray line efficiently

• Deliver meal trays to resident areas in a timely manner

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Assist in the dish room as needed

• Follow all facility, OBRA, Federal, State, and regulatory guidelines

• Work collaboratively with the dietary team

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Recent experience as a Cook, preferably in a healthcare setting

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including some weekends and holidays

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Team-oriented, compassionate, and reliable
