Excavating Crew Foreman (CDL REQUIRED)

Looking for an Excavation Crew Foreman, must have 2-3 years of experience in related field. . This role is a 40-50 hour a week position.  You will be responsible for managing crew and productivity. Compensation Range depending upon skill level and experience.

Responsibilities to include:

• Ability to read and understand project prints
• CDL A is a must
• Equipment operating experience with the following
  • Excavator
  • Wheeled loader
  • Dump truck & semi-truck
  • Skid loader
  • Dozer (not a must) 
  • Ability to operate laser/Transit for setting grades.
• Leadership experience
  
  • Managing a team of 3-4 workers
    
  • Planning and organization
    
  • Time management
    
  • Reliable and trustworthy
    
  • Meeting deadlines and targets
    
  • Good communication skills
    
  • Mechanical skills with equipment
    
  • Completing project reports
