Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience with 1 months within the past 12 months.

• Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Georgia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: Skills required: Trach chare, chest tube management, PIV starts, glucometer, Common drips: Insulin drips, Heparin drips, drips to titrate to HR not BP.

Required Credentials: Traveler will be required to pass and EKG competency exam during onboarding.

Preferred Credentials: Certification in med surg is a plus.

Unit/Facility Details: Have free parking around campus or can pay to park in parking decks.

Shift & Scheduling: 36 or 48 hours are available. Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements: All med surg / telemetry units.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Charge/Lead reference type) - 1 required for submission
