Provide occasional support on hospital and healthcare regulatory matters as needed

Conduct due diligence and provide practical, commercially aligned guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on deal execution and client relationships
Deliver business-oriented legal advice aligned with client objectives
Exposure to industry-specific, sophisticated transactions that build valuable market expertise
Opportunity to grow within niche practice areas that are in strong demand
Meaningful client interaction and autonomy in a deal-driven environment
A culture that emphasizes quality work, collaboration, and sustainability
Long-term opportunity to build a strong transactional practice
6+ years of corporate transactional experience (sell-side M&A strongly preferred)
Experience in or strong interest in healthcare transactions and/or healthcare regulatory work
Business-minded and solution-oriented approach
Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with senior attorneys
NY bar license
Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience (starting around $250K+)
Bonus: Performance-based
Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
Work Environment: Mid-size firm setting with hands-on responsibility and long-term growth potential
