• Service, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including:
• Gas/electric split systems
• Package units
• Heat pumps
• Floor and wall furnaces
• Ductless mini-split systems
• Perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Inspect, repair, replace, and recommend solutions based on system needs.
• Document all work performed and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Follow all company quality, safety, and operational standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Attend weekly training to stay sharp and grow your skills.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

• 2–5 years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to read/write in English
• Own basic HVAC hand tools
• NATE Certification is a plus, but not required
