Low T Center is seeking an enthusiastic, driven Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing in-clinic team. If you’re looking for a rewarding role in a supportive, patient-focused environment — with great hours and no night or on-call shifts — this could be the opportunity for you.

• Work collaboratively with supervising physicians and mid-level providers

• Follow standing orders, protocols, and policies

• Perform venipuncture and phlebotomy

• Administer IM injections

• Obtain vital signs and perform related supervised clinical functions

• Assist with EKGs

• Maintain lab equipment, documentation, and quality control

• Manage weekly inventory and ordering

• Assist laboratory directors in a moderately complex medical laboratory

• Scrubs provided

• Closed on 6 major holidays

• No night shifts

• No on-call shifts

• 2 weeks paid training (Monday–Friday) — mandatory

• Employee discount

• Active, unencumbered LPN license (Ohio or multistate)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Ability to pass a criminal background check

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (rotating)

💰 $30/hour
