Job Description:
We Are Seeking a Power Apps Developer to design, build, and deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. This role focuses on developing applications, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives through the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate is passionate about building impactful applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and continuously improving system performance and usability.
Responsibilities:
· Design, build, and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven).
· Develop data-driven solutions leveraging Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, relational databases, and external data sources.
· Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
· Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for both web and mobile environments.
· Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing maintenance and updates.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
· Monitor application performance and implement enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.
· Ensure solutions comply with organizational security, governance, and data compliance standards.
Required Skills:
· Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
· Strong data modeling and integration experience with SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint, and related data sources.
· Ability to design applications that effectively present, manage, and visualize data.
· Familiarity with Microsoft 365 ecosystem technologies, particularly SharePoint.
· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
· Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience working within Agile or iterative development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
· Approximately 3–5 years of experience in Power Apps development, integration, automation, and support.
