Qualifications
  • Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in warehouse inventory management systems, specifically Dynamics
  • Extensive experience in shipping/receiving and inventory management
  • Ability to regularly lift 55+ lbs
  • Comfortable working extended hours on a computer and performing physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, stooping, lifting, and carrying
  • Ability to work in varied environments, including non-climate-controlled, refrigerated, and freezer settings
Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Communication Support

  • Coordinate inbound/outbound dispatch notifications
  • Distribute meeting notices and shift schedule updates
  • Communicate pending items (shorts reports) and special instructions

2. Receiving Operations

  • Manage inbound delivery appointments and vendor scheduling
  • Maintain next-day delivery calendar accuracy
  • Communicate dock assignments and wait times to drivers
  • Verify bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists against received product
  • Maintain cold-chain logs
  • Enter and verify receivers in Dynamics (catch weights, expiration dates)
  • Collaborate with Replenishment, Product Integrity, and Repack teams to resolve discrepancies and damages
  • Document and submit damage reports with supporting evidence

3. Shipping Operations

  • Organize workflow and coordinate communication across departments and third-party carriers
  • Assist with routing, pick/load sheet printing, and driver/loading assignments
  • Reconcile completed load sheets in Dynamics
  • Enter weights, print invoices, and prepare driver documentation
  • Investigate product shorts and verify catch weights and expiration dates
  • Conduct spot checks to ensure accurate case and piece counts

4. Additional Duties

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support team operations
