About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Dispatcher to coordinate daily shipments, communicate with drivers, and help keep deliveries running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving on the go.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch loads to meet customer and delivery deadlines.

• Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams, and operations staff to ensure timely updates.

• Track shipments and update statuses in logistics systems.

• Ensure delivery documentation and driver hours are accurate and compliant.

• Provide excellent customer service through proactive communication and follow-up.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatching (required).

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure.

• Familiarity with dispatch or logistics software (preferred).

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).
