Hiring for part-time and/or full-time Team Members!

BASE PAY + TIP POOL!

We are looking for Team Members who are experienced at working in a high-energy, fast-paced work environment; and who also like to have fun! We would prefer you to come equipped with exceptional customer service abilities, a sense of urgency, as well as the ability to adapt and keep moving. Job Requirements

• Passionate about hospitality and customer service
• Positive attitude
• Willing to perform multiple jobs throughout the day
• Scooping, mixing and decorating The Yard shakes and sundaes
• Standing for extended periods during each shift
• Lifting up to 30lbs
• ServSafe Certified (preferred - NOT required)
• Experience with cash handling, POS experience preferred
• Follow proper opening and closing routines, including cleaning throughout the day

Continuous Functions (typical):

• Standing
• Repetitve use of hands and arms
• Grasping
• Pushing and pulling
• Lifting

Frequent Functions (typical):

• Walking
• Lifting 10-30 lbs
• Carrying 10 lbs or less

Occasional Functions (typical):

• Bending over
• Reaching overhead
