Feeder/Packer (2nd Shift)

Körber Pharma Packaging Materials; A global leader of high-quality folding cartons and literature for the pharmaceutical industry is in search of General Helpers who are interested in working with a fast growing company.

Duties include:

• Monitor job quality. Notify mechanic of quality defects.
• Monitor packing quality and accuracy, maintaining accurate counts and load ticket paperwork.
• Assist mechanic as needed.
• Stage material.
• Perform stripping duties as necessary
• Read and understand job jackets
• Use information to ensure production is run according to specifications.
• Keeps all waste and scrap within company guidelines.
• Assist in any other duties assigned

Additional skills:

• Must be able to communicate and follow both verbal and written instructions
• Capable of lifting (35 lbs.) pull and push bundles frequently.
• Able to stand at least 8 hours
• Ability to work from per-determined quality standards
• Able to complete production documentation
