We are seeking a driven, self-motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing call center team in Gainesville, GA. This role is for a proven closer who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to earn based on performance.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
• Sell life and health insurance products
• Qualify leads and identify client needs
• Present coverage options clearly and confidently
• Close sales consistently and meet performance goals
• Maintain accurate notes and follow compliance guidelines
• Work in a structured call center environment

What We’re Looking For

• Active Life & Health Insurance License (REQUIRED)
• Sales mindset with a strong closing ability
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-driven
• Comfortable making high-volume calls
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Coachable with a desire to improve and earn more
• Bilingual is a PLUS but not required

Compensation

• Base pay + commission
