Location: Lithia Springs, GA
Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Overtime: Occasional overtime available
Pay Rate: Based on experience

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to run a Harris Rotary press on first shift in Lithia Springs, GA. This role involves operating a narrow web roll-to-sheet press with inline numbering capabilities. This position is ideal for a seasoned press operator who is comfortable with hands-on equipment and manual press adjustments

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Harris Rotary press producing narrow web roll-to-sheet output
• Set up and adjust press settings for quality and production requirements
• Perform manual adjustments and troubleshooting as needed
• Monitor print quality and make corrections to maintain standards
• Handle inline numbering operations
• Perform routine maintenance and basic mechanical adjustments
• Follow safety and production procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience operating a Harris Rotary press or similar printing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with manual adjustments
• Ability to troubleshoot and make hands-on press corrections
• Attention to detail and commitment to print quality
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 1st shift schedule

Preferred

• Experience with narrow web roll-to-sheet presses
• Experience with inline numbering systems
• Long-term press operation experience in a production environment
