Molding Maintenance Manager

Here at Creative Liquid Coatings we do far more than just liquid coatings. Over the past 30 years the business has expanded to offer advanced plastic injection molding capability with 40 machines ranging in size from 100 ton to 3600 ton at our HQ facilities. In addition to plastics molding we offer world class automated paint finishing capability. Our versatile paint lines can handle parts that are very small and all the way up to 10 feet long. We process an array of performance materials from commodity grades to custom blends and engineered thermoplastic resins.

· Supervises the maintenance department & employees to provide effective diagnosis, repair and maintenance to support equipment up time on all shifts.

· Coordinates preventative maintenance to minimize machine & equipment down time.

· Monitors all safety requirements including but not limited to Lockout/Tagout in order to assure compliance.

· Ensure necessary machine repair items are stocked in the MRO crib.

· Compete activities to ensure all equipment runs at expected OEE values.

· Identify, coordinate, and execute shutdown activities as required.

· Support cost savings initiatives

· Allocate appropriate staffing to support plant needs

· Communicates regularly with maintenance technicians to direct maintenance priorities.

· Lead the Predictive Maintenance Program for all machinery, auxiliary and support equipment

· Refine and develop data tracking for downtime, PM's and work order system

· Manage the root cause analysis approach toward trouble shooting with entire staff

· Manage the skills assessment and training needs for direct reports

· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with production schedules

· Support TS16949 initiatives.

· Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
