Warehouse Worker

Location: Carrollton, TX
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $15–$17 per hour.
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Overview

We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our team. This role requires a mix of physical warehouse duties and computer-based tasks, offering great variety and growth potential. Ideal candidates are comfortable with both manual labor and basic technology, and are eager to learn and develop new skills, including forklift operation (training provided).

Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, organizing, and preparing orders
• Use a computer to process orders, track inventory, and update shipping/receiving records
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift training will be provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
• Basic computer proficiency required, ability to navigate systems, enter data, and use email or inventory software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of lifting up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and standing for extended periods
• Forklift certification is a plus, but not required – training available
