Automated Health Systems is hiring Full-Time and/or Part-time Customer Service Agents in Columbus, Ohio.

Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish) a plus.


This is onsite at 505 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio.


Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • HS Diploma required. Associate degree and/or call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.


Available shifts - Monday through Friday 8AM-8PM, Saturday 8AM-5PM
