About this job

The Sales Service Representative plays a key role in expanding the organization's service portfolio by actively promoting preventative maintenance programs to both new prospects and existing customers. This position requires a strategic thinker who can identify client needs, recommend tailored maintenance solutions, and help customers protect their assets through consistent service programs. This position works cross-functionally with Service, Operations, and Management to ensure accurate quoting, seamless onboarding, and long-term customer satisfaction.Education

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow service contracts.


  • Prepare quotes and pricing for maintenance programs.


  • Manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow-up to close agreements.


  • Collaborate with Service and Management teams to ensure accurate information, scheduling, and customer onboarding.


  • Support revenue growth through upselling and renewals


Skills & Abilities

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and customer service, or business development preferred.


  • Experience in service, maintenance, or technical environments preferred.


  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.


  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.


  • Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.


  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite apps such as Outlook and Excel.


  • Ability to use Adobe PDF editing tools to fill, modify, and prepare documents.
