Customer Service Assistant 9623

This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with hospitals and medical providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and complaints regarding newborn screening laws, policies, and procedures
• Contact hospitals and medical providers to update missing or inaccurate demographic information
• Process requests for newborn screening records and track resolution of specimen issues
• Maintain and update data systems, including courier shipments, kit orders, and eReports registrations
• Prepare quarterly reports for hospital submitters
• Perform clerical tasks such as scanning, filing, mailing, and generating labels

Required Skills & Abilities

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow standard procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications
