Associate Attorney- Coverage Litigation

Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience to join a top-tier Litigation Department in New York City. This is a full-time, onsite role offering hands-on litigation experience and direct mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy, legal research, and client communication

• Support high-profile matters involving asbestos, environmental, and other complex claims

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Admitted to practice in New York

• 3-5 years of insurance coverage litigation experience

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
