Litigation Associate Attorney

SUMMARY:

Our client, a well-established law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 1-5 years of experience to join its Wilmington office. This position offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including both complex, team-based litigation and independently managed cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with complex, team-based litigation matters.

- Independently manage smaller cases from inception through resolution.

- Handle a varied caseload that includes tort, insurance litigation, and community association matters.

- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and participate in discovery.

- Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

- Collaborate with partners and litigation teams to develop case strategy.

- Practice Areas Exposure include Tort and Insurance Litigation, Community Association Litigation, Complex Commercial Matters, Corporate Governance Issues, Collections and Civil Rights Matters

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 1-5 years of litigation experience.

- Admission to the Delaware Bar is required.

- Pennsylvania Bar admission is strongly preferred.

- Strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment.

- Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently.

COMPENSATION:

Salary range: $135,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
