Quick Lane Service Advisor - Full-time

Kayser Ford is seeking a high-energy Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our express service operation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and understands how to build trust quickly with customers — without sacrificing efficiency.

 

This is not a sit-back-and-wait role. You’ll manage volume, drive maintenance recommendations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every time.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally

• Complete walk-around photos of customer vehicle upon arrival
• Write repair orders quickly and accurately
• Explain recommended maintenance and services based on inspections
• Present pricing and timelines clearly
• Maintain strong communication with technicians and management
• Manage workflow to maximize throughput and minimize wait times
• Ensure repair orders are closed properly and customers are satisfied

Performance Expectations

• Maintain high CSI scores

• Consistently meet or exceed average RO count targets
• Drive maintenance menu adherence and approved services
• Maintain clean, compliant repair orders with accurate documentation

Qualifications

• Previous service advisor or customer-facing automotive experience preferred

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Basic computer and DMS experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license
