University Advancement seeks a part-time, temporary Gift Processor responsible for accurately and promptly recording and receipting gifts and pledges, and participating in general work to support PSU’s fundraising efforts. The position will run from 2/16/2026 to 5/15/2026, Monday through Thursday, 9AM-2PM.
Duties/Responsibilities
Accurately retrieve and record all gifts and apply credit to donors according to Advancement policies and procedures
Create new donor records and update existing donor records to include names, contact information, constituencies, contact preferences, and other relevant data
Create tribute records
Receipt all gifts according to Advancement policies and procedures
Perform routine data maintenance
Other gift processing and data related activities as needed
Minimum Acceptable Education & Experience:
HS diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with Office 365
Experience with or willingness to learn Raiser’s Edge software and become proficient in its gift administration functions
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Superb attention to detail to achieve full accuracy in data entry
Excellent customer service skills and teamwork abilities
Unquestionable integrity and confidentiality required
Preferred Qualifications:
Accounting, bookkeeping, and/or banking experience preferred

Compensation Pay Range:
$25.00 per hour
