Team Lead – Behavioral Health (Overnight)
Location: Emoticare – Rimrock
Schedule: Overnight Wednesday through Saturday 10:00pm - 8:00 AM
Emoticare is seeking a dependable and experienced Overnight Behavioral Health Team Lead to support operations at our Rimrock location. This role is responsible for overseeing overnight staff, ensuring client safety, and maintaining compliance with program expectations and documentation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide supervision and support to overnight BHT staff
Serve as point of contact for incidents or escalations
Ensure client safety and conduct required room/safety checks
Review and complete documentation and incident reports
Maintain a structured, therapeutic environment
Communicate overnight updates to leadership
Qualifications:
1–2 years behavioral health experience required
Previous leadership experience preferred
Strong crisis management and communication skills
Ability to remain alert and responsive during overnight shifts
Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card & required certifications (or ability to obtain)
