Job Description:
We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented, skilled, and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to support upkeep and repairs at our residential treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on maintenance experience and be comfortable working independently or alongside our full time lead maintenance employee on larger projects with 24 hours a week and possibility to eventually increase the hours.
Responsibilities Include:
- General repairs: drywall, painting, minor plumbing, basic electrical, patchwork
- Groundskeeping and seasonal tasks (e.g., snow removal, lawn care)
- Equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Assisting with larger facility projects as assigned
- Working across both Davis Archway locations
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and follow supervisor direction
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- A respectful attitude toward clients and coworkers
- Willingness to work as part of a team in a treatment-focused environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
