Tom Kraemer Inc. has an immediate opening for a motivated, hardworking individual for our welder position. Tom Kraemer Inc. has been a family-owned company since 1938 and continues to provide employees with a positive, safe, success-driven work environment. Expectations include:

• Ability to operate a welder and associated tools to perform repairs on dumpsters, shipping containers and all types of equipment.
• Ability to responsibly stage and weld components in a variety of placements and scenarios.
• Willingness to work 40-50 hours per week.
• Flexibility with willingness to perform all assigned tasks.
• Operate equipment and tools safely and effectively.

Requirements:

• Over 1 year of vocational training or experience in welding.
• Able to speak, read and write in the English language.
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug test.
• Physically able to stoop, bend, crouch and climb and carrying up to 50 lbs.
