We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality rehabilitation care to patients across clinical and home-care settings. This role requires hands-on patient evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. The Physical Therapist will play a key role in improving patient mobility, function, and overall quality of life.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions, injuries, and movement dysfunctions

• Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans

• Deliver patient-centered therapy sessions using evidence-based practices

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

• Support home care, outpatient, or remote therapy programs as applicable

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and ethical practices

Requirements:

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy (preferred)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field

• Valid Physical Therapist license or certification (state-specific)

• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and patient care best practices

• Experience or exposure to home care services is a plus

• Ability to work effectively in on-site, home-based, or remote settings

• Familiarity with technology-based or virtual therapy solutions is an added advantage

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills

• Strong commitment to patient outcomes and quality care
