ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\n

\n• Perform mechanical or electrical assembly tasks meeting quality and productivity standards\n
\n
\n• Read and interpret prints and basic schematics\n
\n
\n• Operate basic calibration and power tools\n
\n
\n• Perform drilling and tapping operations\n
\n
\n• Maintain pace with production demands\n
\n
\n• Support training of new or junior assemblers\n
\n
\n• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership\n
\n
QUALIFICATIONS\n

\nEducation and Work Experience\n
\n
\nHigh school diploma or GED\n
\n
\nCOMPETENCIES\n
\n
\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\n

\n• Moderate mechanical aptitude\n
\n
\n• Proficient use of hand and power tools\n
\n
\n• Moderate print reading skills\n
\n
\n• Basic production pacing skills\n
\n
Compensation Information:\n

\n$19.00/hr\n
