Job Description
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A specialized opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within a K-12 school setting in Dublin, OH. This contract position offers a dynamic schedule working across distinct educational environments, focusing on delivering high-quality speech and language services to diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and support to students in elementary and preschool settings.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with educational and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student communication development.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working as an SLP within school environments, preferably with preschool and elementary-aged children.
- Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders typical in school-aged populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school staff.
- Ability to manage caseloads and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced educational setting.
Contract Details:
- Assignment begins January 5, 2026, through March 27, 2026: 3 days per week at an elementary school and 2 days per week at a preschool center.
- A subsequent term from April 13, 2026, to June 1, 2026: 4 days per week at the preschool center.
- Located in Dublin, OH, servicing K-12 educational needs.
